  • activities related to the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • data management in the HR system
  • preparation of documents and payroll statements
  • communication with employees and resolution of their daily issues
  • collaboration on HR projects and processes

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Polish - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

  • secondary/higher education (preferably in the field of finance or accounting)
  • proficiency in Polish and English
  • experience with HR data processing
  • MS Office
  • experience with Workday or SAP is an advantage
