Uklízečka/Administrátor v apartmánovém hotelu Znojmo

Job description:

1. Housekeeping: Your responsibility will be to ensure cleanliness, order and coziness in apartments and common areas, as well as efficient management of apartment processes.
2. Cleaning Organisation: Your role will involve co-ordinating and carrying out cleaning of the apartments, including linen and towel changes, maintenance, disinfection, cleaning of corridors, communal areas and the entire premises.
3. Administrative Duties: You will need to keep records of work performed and services provided and communicate with guests through the Airbnb and Booking platforms.
4. Language skills: An advanced level of English and fluent knowledge of Czech is required for effective communication with guests and colleagues.
5. Resource Management: Your duties will include replenishing supplies, working with maintenance services and participating in the purchase of furniture and equipment.
6. Working with data: Basic knowledge of working with Excel spreadsheets for record keeping and data analysis.
7. Knowledge of legislation: A good knowledge of local housing service legislation is required.
8. Waste removal: It is also your responsibility to remove waste from the property in accordance with local standards and regulations.
